We Are Getting Married!
After nearly two decades of building a life together, entwined in the beauty and complexity of shared experiences, we have come to realize that our love, much like our deep appreciation for the outdoors, has grown and flourished over time. We want to celebrate our commitment to each other with our dearest friends and family!
The depth of our journey together has been filled with laughter, tears, struggles, gratitude and most of all, joy. Our decision to marry, after nearly 20 years, in a place that mirrors our love for the great outdoors, is both a celebration of our past and a heartfelt affirmation of our future.
The majestic beauty of Grand Teton National Park, with its sprawling landscapes and unbridled wilderness, is a gift from mother nature, and we can’t wait to celebrate this occasion with you in one of our most favorite places!
There are a range of lodging options at Gros Ventre Campground or nearby, accommodating various preferences and budgets. More details can be found on the lodging page. Please note, reservations can be tough to make, both inside and close to Grand Teton National Park. The closest town to the southern end of the park and to Gros Ventre Campground where our celebration will take place, is Jackson Hole, Wyoming, which is about 20 minutes away.
Weather
As we look forward to celebrating our special day in the stunning Grand Tetons this September, here's a quick snapshot of the expected weather:

Temperatures: Expect a range from cool to mild, with highs between 50-70°F and lows around 31-38°F.

Dry and Scenic: September is typically one of the driest months, perfect for our outdoor event, and coincides with the start of the beautiful leaf-peeping season.

A Note of Caution: The weather can be unpredictable—like the surprise snowfall on September 22nd, 2023—so it's wise to prepare for anything.
